Your Role

  • You are responsible for the technical onboarding of our system to the customer's system landscape
  • You work directly with our customers to understand their technical and business requirements
  • You are responsible for the project management of the technical integration of new customers and work independently towards the go-live of these customers
  • You take on the majority of the technical tasks within the scope of an integration, supported by our IT Architects on the technically challenging topics
  • You advise our customers on the use of the Bilendo software and on technical inquiries
  • You are in direct contact with our customers and support them in using the Bilendo software successfully
  • You understand the requirements of your accounts and can implement and further develop them in collaboration with our product team
