A day at Bilendo as...

Technical Account Manager (m/f/d):
After your start in the morning either at home or in the office, you check the incoming communication regarding your current projects and accounts. As we have global customers, something is always coming in. After you prioritize your tasks for the day, the first meeting with a customer starts. You gather requirements, talk with the customer about necessary data points and leave the meeting with clear next steps. Right afterwards, you talk with our product team about an important feature that is blocking the Go-Live of one of your projects and get input about the progress there.
Next you grab something to eat for your well-earned lunch-break with your colleagues. Afterwards, you find some time to work on your biggest integration project where you evaluate data coming from the customers ERP system and give feedback to the customer if something is missing. You have to do a quick Teams-Meeting with the client to push him to deliver the right things because we might miss the deadline otherwise. After preparing some more technical details in that account, the day winds down with a retro with the full team about a recently finished project, what has worked out good, what has gone wrong there, what we can learn from it and you take some notes for yourself to consider for your big project.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• You are responsible for the technical onboarding of our system to the customer's system landscape
• You work directly with our customers to understand their technical and business requirements
• You are responsible for the project management of the technical integration of new customers and work independently towards the go-live of these customers
• You take on the majority of the technical tasks within the scope of an integration, supported by our IT Architects on the technically challenging topics
• You advise our customers on the use of the Bilendo software and on technical inquiries
• You are in direct contact with our customers and support them in using the Bilendo software successfully
• You understand the requirements of your accounts and can implement and further develop them in collaboration with our product team

What we appreciate if you bring:

• You speak German fluently (must-have)
• You are experienced in a similar role in the IT industry (e.g. as IT Consultant, Integration Manager, Solution Architect, Customer Success Manager or similar)
• You have experience in customer consulting and support
• You have experience in capturing and describing customer requirements
• You have basic knowledge of project management and working with appropriate tools such as Atlassian Jira
• You have a solid technical understanding of software solutions, SaaS solutions, enterprise apps, e-commerce, cloud tech or similar
• You work independently and reliably
• You have analytical skills and a technical understanding of processes
• You communicate well in English
