A day at Bilendo as...
Technical Account Manager (m/f/d):
After your start in the morning either at home or in the office, you check the incoming communication regarding your current projects and accounts. As we have global customers, something is always coming in. After you prioritize your tasks for the day, the first meeting with a customer starts. You gather requirements, talk with the customer about necessary data points and leave the meeting with clear next steps. Right afterwards, you talk with our product team about an important feature that is blocking the Go-Live of one of your projects and get input about the progress there.
Next you grab something to eat for your well-earned lunch-break with your colleagues. Afterwards, you find some time to work on your biggest integration project where you evaluate data coming from the customers ERP system and give feedback to the customer if something is missing. You have to do a quick Teams-Meeting with the client to push him to deliver the right things because we might miss the deadline otherwise. After preparing some more technical details in that account, the day winds down with a retro with the full team about a recently finished project, what has worked out good, what has gone wrong there, what we can learn from it and you take some notes for yourself to consider for your big project.
